Electric

ArticleCombos

Electric (formerly known as Electro) is a fighting style obtainable in the First Sea (or any other sea).

The style allows the user to conjure electric attacks through their hands, having some fairly decent damage, and being able to stun enemies. All of the moves are AoE so that beginners can grind enemies, by grouping them up easily and hit them at once.

Obtainment

Electric can be learned for $ 500,000 from the Mad Scientist, which is located near Boat Dealer in Skylands, Hot side of Hot And Cold in Second Sea and Castle on the Sea in Third Sea.

  • Decent damage.
  • Good range.
  • Decent combo potential.
[C] Electrical Floor
  • Does tick damage.
  • One of the highest damaging moves in the v1 fighting styles.

  • Can stun many enemies at once.

Cons
General

  • Second slowest click speed (First being Dark Step and not counting Combat).
  • Ground based attacks.
[Z] Stomp
  • Short range.
  • Long startup.
  • Ineffective in PvP.
  • Can sometimes not work on NPCs.
  • Sometimes the move doesn't go to its full height (Even if the player isn't under something), allowing for enemies to still hit them.
  • Can be hard to aim, as it only hits in a small AoE area.
  • Brings enemies to the air, making it hard to combo with in PvP.
  • Easy to dodge.
  • Easily predictable.
[X] Electrical Tackle
  • Very small hitbox.
  • Easy to miss.
  • Bad for PvP.
  • The user has to get close to the enemy.
  • High endlag
[C] Electrical Floor
  • Short range.
  • May mess up and only half of this move is affected.
  • Locks the user in place, making this move highly punishable if the user misses.
  • Instinct trickable, making it useless if the opponent has instinct on.

Notes
General
[Z] Stomp
  • With good enough aim, [X] Electrical Tackle can be landed mid-air after this move.
  • Using Buddha's awakened Z move, Stomp will travel about twice as far.
[X] Electrical Tackle
  • While using Buddha's [Z] move (unawakened or awakened), the hitbox will be at arm height.
[C] Electrical Floor
  • The user can switch to another ability to quickly link moves together, offering great combo potential.
  • While using Buddha's [Z] move (unawakened or awakened), the hitbox of this move will be at hand height instead of being on the ground.
  • Good for Raids, as the user can use this move to stun Bosses while others can freely attack them.

Trivia

  • Due to having electrical properties, Electric cannot harm Rubber users due to Rubber being immune to electricity.
  • While Electric is equipped, the user's hands will be covered in electricity, though this is purely cosmetic.
  • There is a bug where if you try to re-equip it after buying it already, you still need $ 500,000 to buy it.
  • In the event that the insufficient money bug occurs, the user must have the Saber/Puzzle Relic in their inventory.
  • The old version of Electric is used by the Shocker Enemy seen in Raids.
