Appearance
The Hydra Leader wears a black and purple outfit and a purple band around her waist. She has a black mask covering the majority of her face and wear a black conical hat on her head. Her outfit is similar to the Venomous Assailants'.
Location
The Hydra Leader can be found in a temple located at Hydra Island, Third Sea.

Behavior
The Hydra Leader uses the Venom fruit as Her main weapon. Note that all of its abilities can break Instinct.

| Poison Daggers | Hydra Leader shoots a barrage of close-ranged venomous projectiles, which then explode, producing venom-like particles on the range of the projectile dealing moderate damage. (Drains Instinct dodges, but can Instinct break.) | Maintain range, or dash away. |
| Noxious Shot | Hydra Leader gathers a large poison ball around her hands. After that, she launches three bolts of venom at the same time, dealing damage and leaving one puddle that splits into three more puddles, dealing moderate damage. | Maintain range, or dash away. |
Trivia
- The Hydra Leader is the first boss to be replaced in terms of abilities and appearance, and one of the only bosses to use a mythical fruit, the other being Orbitus.
- The Hydra Leader, Magma Admiral and Wysper are the only bosses to drop guns upon defeat (excluding the Core).
