Items
Items are objects or weapons that can be carried in the hotbar and held or simply stored in the inventory bar.
Types of Items
- Swords
- Guns
- Accessories
- Treasures (Blox Fruits, Scrolls, and Premium items)
- Gears
- Consumables
- Valuables (Materials)
- Fish
Hotbar Items
Hotbar items cannot be stored in the inventory and can only be carried in the hotbar unlike weapons. They will disappear upon dying or leaving the game. All seas have their own hotbar items:
First Sea
This is the sea with the fewest hotbar items, and they are almost all in the Saber/Puzzle.
- Torch (Obtained by pressing all the buttons at Jungle and going through the hole (it only opens up if the player has pressed all the buttons) inside the room next to the Jungle quest giver)
- Cup (Obtained in a destroyed house on the Desert island after burning the curtains to the room with the torch)
- Ancient Relic (Obtained by returning the Rich Man's money after beating the Mob Leader as a reward)
- Key (Obtained by talking to Military Detective, and can be used to open the door to defeat Ice Admiral to go to Second Sea)
Second Sea
There is a greater amount and variety of hotbar items in this sea, although most of them are drops from Bosses.
- Flowers (Obtained during the Alchemist quest getting Race V2)
- Fist of Darkness (Obtained from a random chest every 4 hours or from defeating a Sea Beast. Used for triggering the Raid Boss, Darkbeard, obtaining the Cyborg Race or getting Dark Blade (Slayer skin))
- Microchip (may also be purchased in the Third Sea)
- Normal Raid (Obtained by paying the Mysterious Scientist
100,000 with a cooldown of 2 hours or giving him a random Blox Fruit) - Order Raid (Obtained by trading
1,000 with Arlthmetic. Second Sea Only)
- Normal Raid (Obtained by paying the Mysterious Scientist
- Core Brain, used to finish the Cyborg puzzle.
- Hellfire Torch (Obtained from a drop from the Cursed Captain. Used along with 100 Ectoplasm to obtain the special Race, Ghoul)
- Library Key (Obtained from a drop from the Awakened Ice Admiral. The key for opening the library door on the right side of the castle)
- Water Key (Obtained from a drop from the Tide Keeper. Used for obtaining Sharkman Karate)
- Hidden Key (Also obtained from a drop from the Awakened Ice Admiral, albeit much rarer, can also be obtained by defeating any NPC on the Ice Castle. Used to open a secret chest beneath the staircase of the castle to get Rengoku sword)
Third Sea
This sea has the most hotbar items, and they are also the most unique, with many being crafted using other items, used in puzzles, or obtained in entirely new methods not seen before.
- God's Chalice (Obtained from a random chest every 4 hours or from defeating an Elite Pirate. Used for triggering the Raid Bosses rip_indra and Dough King)
- Holy Torch (Obtained from a certain part of the Tushita Puzzle. Used for lighting up the 5 torches around the Floating Turtle before the fire runs out)
- Apple (Obtained on Floating Turtle at a hill near the Hungry Man. It is one of three fruits needed for the Hungry Man Quest)
- Banana (Obtained at the Great Tree at the small island nearest to it. It is one of three fruits needed for the Hungry Man Quest)
- Pineapple (Obtained at Port Town towards the left side of the town in a stall. It is one of three fruits needed for the Hungry Man Quest)
- Sweet Chalice (Obtained by talking to the Sweet Crafter and exchanging a God's Chalice and 10x Conjured Cocoa. Used for summoning Dough King)
- Hallow Essence (Obtained from praying at the Gravestone at the Haunted Castle or from the Death King via Random Surprise (2.5% chance) Used for triggering the Raid Boss, Soul Reaper)
- Fire Essence (Obtained from the Death King via Random Surprise. Used to obtain Dragon Talon fighting style)
- Special Microchip (Obtained by trading a fruit that is worth more than 1,000,000 or paying 1,000 with cooldown of 2 hours with the Mysterious Scientist Note:- there are only two fruits which the player can awaken using this raid ( Dough and Phoenix ) and they can unlock them by getting red key from defeating Dough King and having 400 mastery on Phoenix)
- Red Key (Obtained as a drop from the Dough King)

- The "Key" type of item is the most common type of item, with the keys being Red Key, Water Key, Key (Detective Quest), Hidden Key, and Library Key
