The Musketeer Hat is a Legendary accessory.
Obtainment
The Musketeer Hat is obtainable after completing the Citizen's quest.
The hidden area containing the accessory can be accessed after breaking a breakable wall situated along the straight path extending outward from the Mansion, Third Sea. The wall is positioned adjacent to a dark grey rock and a cluster of oversized mushrooms, slightly off the main path. Once the wall is destroyed, the Musketeer Hat can be found within the revealed area.
Buffs
The Musketeer Hat grants the user 12.5% more damage on Sword and Gun attacks, and a 12.5% cooldown reduction on Sword and Gun attacks.
