The Party Hat was obtainable by buying it at the Party Shop for 750 Confettis during the 10 Billion Visits event.

- This accessory, alongside the 50b Party Hat are the only two to give bonus experience in both levels and mastery.
- Despite being separate accessories, 50b Party Hat shares the exact same buffs.
