Settings
The Settings is a HUD in the game. It is located next to the Crew option for Pirates and the Ally option for Marines.

Background Music toggles whether the background music plays during gameplay. Useful for players who prefer to listen to their own music or reduce audio distractions.
Ally VFX is a setting where when someone on pirates is allied to someone else on pirates and has Ally VFX on, they will not be able to see their ally's attacks. It can help to reduce lags.
Camera Shake is a setting where when turned off, it will disable all screen shakes on your screen. When on, it will allow screen shakes to happen. Turning Camera Shake off is one of the best things to do before PvP, as it allows consistent combos.
Damage Counter toggles Damage Counter, which displays the damage dealt.
Update Log displayed the past and current update information, including new features, and content additions, this has been removed after the 6 week update, its possibly coming back in the next one.
Codes allows the players to enter promotional Codes to redeem rewards such as Money, 2x EXP Boost, or other items. Codes are periodically released by the developers and expire after a limited time.
Fast Mode toggles Fast Mode, which removes all textures. Enabling this can significantly improve performance and reduce lag, especially for mobile.
