Shafi can be found in a base linked by a tunnel near the Island Boys at Tiki Outpost, Third Sea.

Shafi can teach the fighting style, Sanguine Art. In order to learn it, the player must acquire a 
Leviathan Heart.
- Upon speaking to Shafi without a Leviathan Heart, Shafi will say "You lack a cold heart."
- Upon speaking to Shafi with a Leviathan Heart, he will ask the player for the following materials:
After the player gives him the required Materials, Shafi will teach them Sanguine Art for 
5,000,000 and 
5,000.

- Sometimes, the base where Shafi resides doesn't load for the client allowing the player to "no-clip" through it.
