Shark
Shark (formerly known as Fish) is one of the four races available to new players when joining the game for the first time. It has a 12.5% chance of being assigned at initial spawn.
The Shark race provides significant damage reduction and allows the user to swim in water without taking damage, making it highly defensive. It is recommended for players participating in sea events for the first time without the Leviathan Shield accessory or for first-time bounty hunting. Shark is strong against one-shot combos, but its mobility and damage output are lower than other races, making it less suitable for advanced play.

Notes
- The V1 extra swim speed is faster than the Dinghy, but slower than the Sloop.
- If the player has put 0 stats in defense, the passive of V1 will make it so you take 1 damage, and the player's health will be stuck at 99/100 hp. Note that this will only work with no defense and also no health-buffing accessories
- The V2 swim speed is slightly faster than the Brigade.
- The Leviathan's Armor effect will sometimes surround the user with a blue aura or a blue layer, depending on the avatar the user is using.
- The Leviathan's Armor aura/layer will get brighter when the overflow bar decreases and disappear when it is gone.
- Leviathan's Armor can be considered as the only defense that Gravity's upgraded [V], [C] and Piercing enchantment can't ignore, since it's more of a shield that grants the player extra HP than an actual defense buff measured in units such as percentages.
