Trinket Expert
The Trinket Expert is a Misc. NPC.
Location
The Trinket Expert is located in the Simulation Hub, standing beside the Trinket Refiner underneath the globe-like machinery nearby the Dungeons matchmaking area.
Fusion
The Trinket Expert lets players to upgrade their trinkets one Grade higher through the fusion of three trinkets of the same Grade and type. The highest Grade a trinket can currently have is Grade IV.
Shop
Players can talk to the Trinket Expert to roll a random trinket from the Random Trinket Spinner at the cost of 
400 Simulation Data.

- Upon release and until bug fixes, the Trinket Expert asked for 200 Simulation Data for a random Trinket despite the actual cost being 400 Simulation Data.
