Update 6: The PvP/Teams Update
Released on July 28, 2019 — Update 6 is mostly focused on the PvP system, Blox Fruits balancing, crews, and bounty/honor.
Revamped Blox Fruits:
  • Flame's X has been remade.
  • Ice's C will now freeze water.
  • Ice's Z has been remade.
  • Light's sword is no longer a move, but a passive click ability, and a new V move has been made in place of it.
  • Magma's Z and C have been remade.
  • Magma's V is now aimable.
Pirate changes:
  • Pirates above level 300 can now create a crew.
  • The leader of said crews can invite up to 15 players.
  • If another player is in the same crew as the player, the game will automatically ally them to the player if in the same game.
  • Crews with the most bounty will be displayed on the Crew Leaderboard.
  • If a player is in a crew, their crew name, logo, and total bounty are displayed above their head.
  • Bounty gained by killing NPCs (besides bosses) is now capped at 50,000.
  • Bounty gained from killing other players is now capped at 1 million.
Marine changes:
  • Marines can now set their home point.
  • Marines are now rewarded with Honor, similar to Bounty.
  • Marines can now find wanted posters for pirates, and gain Money for killing them.
  • A player's honor amount, as well as their rank, will be displayed above their head.
  • Ranks change based on the amount of honor that a player has.
  • Honor gained by killing NPCs (besides bosses) is now capped at 50,000.
  • Honor gained from killing other players is now capped at 1 million.
All guns now have gun skills.
When killed, a player's PvP will automatically disable for 15 minutes. It can be turned back on faster in the menu.
Combat logging added:
  • Damaging another player will initiate combat with them. If the other player takes damage from the player and leaves the game within 30 seconds, the player will keep the kill reward, and the other player will lose their honor/bounty.
  • Safe zones will be ignored if combat has already been initiated with another player.
Revamped coat accessory appearances.
