The Wardens Sword is a Rare sword.

The Wardens Sword is decent for early grinding, due to big range and low mastery requirements. It is recommended to swap it as soon as possible after entering the Second Sea.

Obtainment

The Wardens Sword can be obtained by defeating the Warden with a drop chance between 5% and 10%, who is located in Prison, First Sea.

Pros

General

Good for early-game farming.
Low mastery requirements.
Easy to upgrade.
Abnormally large hitbox.

Also has a stun effect.

Cons
General Cannot hit Blade users. No mobility moves. Lack of range with both moves. Has low M1 damage, like most First Sea swords.
[Z] Multi-Target Slash Has high knockback, making it unsuitable for grinding. Terrible range. Despite turning invisible the ability does not provide Invincibility Frames.
[X] Tornado Slash Also has high knockback, making it harder to grind Enemies.

Trivia

The Cookie Crafters in the Sea of Treats use the Wardens Sword.
[X] Tornado Slash is similar to Blizzard's X move, [X] White Out.
The item description states that the Wardens Sword has a ring, but due to the revamped model, The ring is now gone.
Despite the sword being called the "Wardens Sword", before Update 30, it actually dropped from the Chief Warden, not the Warden himself, who used to use the Dual Katana.
