Raids
Raids are five-island gauntlet events available in the Second Sea and the Third Sea. They are the main way to awaken Blox Fruit moves and one of the best sources of Fragments. Players level 700 and above can join a raid, while hosting (starting) one requires level 1100 or above.
How raids work
Every raid consists of five islands filled with enemies, each island tougher than the last. Clearing all enemies on an island spawns the next one, and the fifth island contains the Raid Boss. If you finish a raid while holding the matching Blox Fruit, you are teleported to the Awakening Room (L'Eglise de Prophetie, "The Church of Prophecy"), where the Mysterious Entity lets you unlock one awakened move of that fruit in exchange for Fragments. The Awakening Room sits beneath the Kingdom of Rose in the Second Sea and beneath the Floating Turtle in the Third Sea.
- A raid party normally holds a maximum of 4 players.
- Completing a raid grants roughly 300 to 1,000 Fragments depending on how fast you finish: 300 base plus 4.5 Fragments per second left on the timer, capped at 1,000.
- Failing (running out of time) still pays 300 Fragments, or 90 Fragments per island completed if time runs out; dying in a raid pays nothing.
- Fully awakening every fruit costs a combined total of about 167,800 Fragments; most individual fruits cost 14,500 Fragments to fully awaken.
- Raids also award titles such as Broken Heart (fail a raid), The Conqueror (complete a raid), Last Hope (win as the last player standing), The Supersonic (finish under 5:00) and The Flash (finish under 3:30), plus one title per fruit awakening.
Starting a raid and getting chips

After buying a chip, insert it at the raid terminal. In the Second Sea the raid lobby is hidden inside a tower on the Cold side of Hot and Cold: enter the color code Red, Blue, Green, Blue on the main computer with empty hands to open the secret door, then stand in the dark blue tubes to be teleported in. In the Third Sea the lobby is inside the main building of Castle on the Sea, where players stand on the yellow platforms.
Awakenable fruits
Eleven Blox Fruits currently have raid awakenings: seven Elemental fruits, two Beast fruits and two Natural fruits. Each raid is themed around the fruit being awakened.

The Rumble (Lightning) raid was removed in Update 27, making its Thunder God awakening title unobtainable; the Rumble Master now only appears inside the Trial of Strength. The Phoenix raid is the only raid that features Sea Beasts.

Tips and strategies
- Buddha, Gas, T-Rex, Dragon and Kitsune are the best carry fruits thanks to their extended-range attacks that hit whole groups; Phoenix is valuable for its fast team heals, and Yeti or Eagle work as alternatives. One or two awakened Buddha users are strongly recommended for Advanced raids.
- Angel V4's King's Rule aura can stun-lock every enemy nearby, including the Raid Boss, making it one of the best races for raids.
- Group enemies together and hit them with area-of-effect combos; dash constantly so enemy moves miss.
- Watch out for Bone Breakers and Shockers, whose stuns leave you vulnerable.
- Use damage accessories for easy raids and defense or health accessories for harder ones.
- Do not knock enemies into the water; they instantly teleport back to land.
- Dough raids are notoriously annoying because enemies spam the Dough V stun; bring ranged attackers plus an awakened Buddha.
- A Control user can burst the first four islands with Total Concentration and stack supercharged cubes to remove roughly a third of the boss's HP.
- Lower-level players (700+) can join a hosted raid and stay back while stronger players carry, but once you die you cannot rejoin that raid.
- You can swap Permanent Fruits mid-raid, so you can clear most islands with Buddha and switch to the fruit you want awakened before finishing.
- Pay the Mysterious Scientist with common or uncommon fruits to save money on chips.
