Potions
Potions are a type of boost in Pet Simulator 99 that offers players boosted pet damage, currencies, and luck from eggs (excluding exclusive eggs). They can be obtained by ranking up, collecting lootbags, claiming Rank Rewards and VIP gifts, and more.
How to Obtain Standard Potions
- Random drop from breakables
- Crystal, Tech, Void, Fantasy, Prison, and Hacker Chests

Standard Potions
All standard potions stack and can be upgraded via the Upgrade Potions Machine. Every family below is listed at every tier that exists in the game.

XP Potions
XP Potions are crafted in the XP Potions Machine, either in Area #166 or in the Supercomputer. While these potions don't give boosts to the player, they can be consumed to grant 10,000 XP to a huge pet, titanic pet, mastery, or ultimate of the player's choice. The exception is the Ultra Mastery XP Potion, which is only obtainable by Rebirthing for the ninth time, and grants level 99 mastery of the player's choice.

Potion Stacking
All potions of the same type and tier (where applicable) stack.
Standard Potions: when a potion is clicked it is used regardless of the outcome. If there is an existing bonus, the outcome depends on the tier used compared to the tier of the existing bonus:

| Lower | The existing bonus remains. The lower-tier boost is placed in a queue and activates when the existing bonus ends. |
| Higher | The existing bonus is replaced with the new bonus. The existing bonus is placed in a queue and activates when the new bonus ends. |
Special Potions: if there is an active bonus, the bonus time is increased by the potion's effective time.
Potion Crafting
Standard potions can be upgraded using the Upgrade Potions Machine. Upgrading costs 
diamonds and a number of potions from the previous tier, and grants Potions Mastery XP.
